The Stardust is a hotel and amenities complex designed for a 21.5-acre site located 3 miles west of downtown Marfa along Highway 90. The sloping, trapezoidal site enjoys incomparable 360-degree views of the nearby hills and mountains beyond. A total of 60 room types make up the complex, varying from 500 to 1,260 square feet in area. Most of the units parallel the perimeter lines of the site and reflect their topographic location. A circular building contains 28 modular rooms and some amenities such as a restaurant / bar, all overlooking a large swimming pool and gardens open to the sky. The site and its parking areas will be camouflaged with complementary textures and landscaping.
