Falbaum House Addition (Former Crowley House) Marfa, Texas (2026-)
The Crowley House, completed in 2004, is located six miles southwest from the center of Marfa. Rand and Susan Falbaum recently purchased the house as a second home in Texas. The Falbaums requested some minor modifications to the house’s original layout, and a new office space looking out to the Davis Mountains to the North. An adjacent, separate structure has been integrated into the overall design, providing a single office space above a two-car garage. The office enjoys 360-degree views of the compelling Chihuahuan desert. A cactus garden joins the existing house to the new addition. All details and materials match the specifications and textures of the original design.
